The Casablanca American School (CAS) Board of Directors has developed the following Strategic Goals. These goals, global in their intent, include specific Action Plans that are intended to guide the work of the school’s Administration, Faculty and Support Staff. Periodic reports on the progress towards accomplishment of these goals will be provided at regularly scheduled Open Board meetings throughout the year.

STRATEGIC GOALS for the Year 2008-09 and Beyond

Goal #1
– Expect all students to acquire and demonstrate the highest possible academic achievement.

Goal #2
– Expect every student to be a contributing committed member of the school community by acquiring and demonstrating the CAS dispositions.

Goal #3
– Attract and retain highly qualified teachers to deliver the instructional program.

Goal #4
– Provide facilities that ensure a safe and healthy learning environment into the future.

Goal #5
– Maintain financial stability of the school to ensure the support of high quality programs.
