CAS Board of Governors
“The Board of the Casablanca American School shall be a policy-making group, legally empowered to act on behalf of the Association. The principal purpose of the Board is to chart a course of action for the school through the development and adoption of Board policies and decisions whose aim is to provide a guarantee to the Association that the purposes for founding the Casablanca American School and ensuring that the pursuit of the School’s essential philosophy would continue indefinitely.” - CAS by Laws

The Board ensures strong governance and alignment with the school’s
mission and future direction.
CAS is a non-profit association led by a seven-member Board of
Governors: two appointed members, who are the U.S. Consulate
representative and the School Director and five elected members chosen by the Association.
