Welcome to Casablanca American School

"Casablanca is a city where tradition meets modernity, where every corner tells a story, and every moment feels like a blend of cultures, colors, and coastal breeze." - Gad Elmaleh

I appreciate being part of an international school community where many students take great pride in their home countries, while others develop a deep appreciation for Morocco and its rich culture.

At Casablanca American School (CAS), we are proud of our vibrant international community. We educate approximately 670 students, ages 3 to 18, representing more than 30 nationalities. Students and families quickly develop a strong sense of belonging within a safe, caring, and academically challenging environment. CAS also offers a uniquely Moroccan experience, nestled in the heart of the Californie district.

Learning at CAS is shaped by a strong sense of community, students, teachers, and parents working together to nurture independent learners and global citizens. For more than 50 years, CAS has upheld a tradition of excellence and is proud to offer the longest-running International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Africa, built on the foundation of our American Curriculum.

We expect our students to become active, independent learners, supported by our highly qualified and dedicated faculty, whose Faculty Expertise ensures each child is guided toward personal and academic excellence. We continually strive to raise expectations and prepare every student for the future. This commitment is reflected in our school values: Excellence | Integrity | Community Service | Respect | Responsibility.

The true warmth of our school, the friendships, the shared purpose, the spirit of community, comes from our students, families, and staff. We invite you to experience this firsthand by visiting us. We look forward to welcoming you to our Community Strong school.

Kind regards,

John Burns
