Welcome to Casablanca American School

"Casablanca is a city where tradition meets modernity, where every corner tells a story, and every moment feels like a blend of cultures, colors, and coastal breeze."- Gad Elmaleh

I enjoy being part of an international school community where many students take great pride in their home countries, while others develop a deep appreciation for the host country and the rich culture that surrounds them.

At Casablanca American School (CAS), we are proud of our vibrant international community. We educate approximately 670 students, ages 3 to 18, representing more than 30 different nationalities. Students and families joining CAS quickly feel part of the school, experiencing a strong sense of belonging in a safe, caring, and academically challenging environment. CAS offers a uniquely Moroccan experience, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Californie district.

The learning experience at CAS is shaped by a spirit of community, where students, teachers and parents work together to achieve our shared goal of developing independent learners and global citizens. Established over 50 years ago, CAS is proud to offer the longest-running International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Africa.

We expect our students to become active, independent learners and our highly qualified and dedicated faculty are committed to supporting each child's individual journey toward excellence. We continually strive to raise student expectations and ensure every student is well-prepared for the future. This commitment is reflected in our school values: Excellence | Integrity | Community Service | Respect | Responsibility

The true warmth of our school, the spirit of friendship and shared purpose, is found in our students, families, and staff. We invite you to experience this first hand by visiting us. We look forward to welcoming you to our community.

Kind regards,

John Burns
