Each month, a team of students creates a monthly class newspaper in Mr. Rose’s 10th and 11th grade classes. This allows students to explore various IB text types while connecting the material they are learning in class to current events. Students gain valuable experience working as a team while taking on newspaper editorial roles. By sharing insights about the class with the broader school community, they practice purposeful writing to an authentic audience
